1996 Polly Pocket Bubbly Bath Sparkle Surprise New On Card. Pour and pump for a bubble bath. Use the wand to blow bubbles. The cap is a bottle with a wand.  Polly can blow bubbles too! Card is in great condition. Minor shelf ware. Very small crease on the back lower left corner. Looks like the hand tag is ripped a bit on the top left center.
